The bags are packed, the pet sitter arranged . . . . when Glenn gets off work we will be heading up to Midway.
All I need to do now is pack the cooler.
Two of our friends are flying up to Midway tomorrow for the festivities. In addition to watching me race (this will be their first ever triathlon experience) the four of us are celebrating Glenn's birthday Saturday night by dining here!
Mini weather report:
Saturday morning looks to be in the low 40s at the start (um, brrrrrrrrrr). Water temperature is about 56 degrees (that's fine). High temperature for the day is supposed to hit 83.
Looks like great racing weather!
